3 Tips to Make Changes Stick

New Years is barely behind us and already many are rethinking their lofty goals. Or maybe you started but fell off. Or maybe like the majority, you have given up on New Year’s Resolutions. Whether you make resolutions at the start of the new year or at another transition point, we all attempt to change things in our lives at some point. (Or at least if you are like me and the people I work with, you do!)

  1. Thank you for this as I am making changes over all . Exercise is one and diet. The list of 4 makes sense . So far I have been working through life Changes but now am focusing on me .
